William "Bill" Leo Van Overbeke

William (Bill) Van Overbeke was born on August 22, 1956 at Wiener Memorial Hospital in Marshall, MN. He was baptized, served as an altar boy and then confirmed at Holy Redeemer Church. He attended Holy Redeemer School and went on to graduate from Marshall High School. After graduation he continued to help his dad on the farm. Some of his favorite pastimes were his horses, dogs and competing in corn husking contest. He enjoyed family and especially being an uncle to his nieces and nephews. He is survived by Roger (Gloria) of Tracy, MN., Rich (Ruth) of El Dorado Hills, CA., Pauline (Doug) Peterson of Los Osos, CA., Dean (Judy) of Sioux Falls, SD., Marge (Bob) Paradis of Omaha, NE., Grace (Larry) Hochstatter of Sioux Falls, SD., Louie (Jackie) of Marshall, MN., and many nieces and nephews, He is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Darlene, two nephews Neil and Bradley. Memorials preferred to a suicide prevention charity of the donor’s choice. Blessed be his memory
