Ronald David Kack

Ronald David Kack was born July 15, 1954 to Laverne and Alice (VanDerostyne) Kack at Canby, MN. He was baptized at St. Leo Catholic Church and Confirmed at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Minneota, MN. Ron graduated from Canby Public High School in 1972 and also graduated from the Aviation program at Winona Technical College. He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and an active member of the Secular Franciscan. Ron was a Eucharistic Minister and also a member of Holy Redeemer Choir. Ron loved family gatherings, especially visiting with all his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed hunting, bike riding, swimming and The Minnesota Twins. He also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. Ron died suddenly on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Grateful for having shared Ron’s life are: fiancé, Jeanette Hegg of Marshall, MN, parents, Laverne and Alice Kack of Canby, siblings Diane (Dale) Warholm of Burnsville, Paulette (John) Guiliano of Surprise, AZ, Randy (Dori) Kack, Canby, Lois (Lowell) Fales, Canby, Glen Kack, St. Leo, MN and Robert Kack, Faribault, MN and many Nieces and Nephews, Uncles, Aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. Blessed be his memory.
