Mary Maxine Martin (Weber), age 90, formerly of Green Valley, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at the Avera Morningside Heights Care Center in Marshall, MN. She was born on April 15, 1927 in Dubuque, IA to Max and Bernice Weber (Kurz). Despite tragedies in her life, including the loss of her son in a car accident, Maxine remained optimistic, faithful, and joyful about life. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, watching the Twins and the Vikings, and reading books. So sorry to hear of Maxines passing. She was a special friend of our mom's, Sylvia Gee. Maxine always had encouraging words and thoughts. A wonderful, caring person.

Maxine was like my 2nd Mom. She was one of the sweetest, most caring people I've ever met. I'm so blessed to have had her in my life. My sincere condolences to the entire Martin family. She will be missed.
