Marjorie Elinor Moberg

Marjorie Elinor Moberg was born September 12, 1931 in Tyler, MN to Jens Christian & Marie Christine (Oerter) Jensen. She attended Tyler High School & graduated in 1949. On September 9, 1951 Marjorie married Ben Moberg at First Lutheran Church in Tyler, MN. They had recently celebrated 66 years of marriage. For a short time they resided in Tyler and then made their home in Marshall. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Marshall. She had a deep love for Christ and was a very loving wife, mother, grandma & great grandma. She was a great cook and baked many family favorites. Marjorie died on November 27, 2017 at the Pipestone County Hospice in Pipestone, MN. Marjorie is lovingly remembered by her husband Ben, Marshall; her children: Chuck (Bonnie) Moberg, Canby, Jeff (Janine) Moberg, Russell, Kathy (Bob) Truwe, Amiret and Greg (Nancy) Moberg, Slayton. Grandchildren and great grandchildren, Becky Truwe (Mike Scholz), Lisa (Brent) Demuth, Riley, Mason & Caitlyn, Nick Moberg (Katie Lee) and Lindsay (Alex) Baartman; two siblings, Arnold Jensen, Salem, OR and Anitra Schardin, Baltic, SD. She was preceded in death by her parents; and eight siblings, Alma Sorensen, Ellen Jensen, Norma Brue, Merna Lund, Raymond Jensen, Agneta Kock, Lorraine Jensen and Lois Barck.
