Marjorie Ann (Connell) DeSchepper was born on January 25, 1939, on the family farm in Clifton Township to Herbert and Gretchen (Barby) Connell. She grew up and graduated from Marshall High School. Before she was married, Marjorie worked as a secretary for Marshall Municipal Utilities. On November 21, 1959, she was united in marriage to Leonard DeSchepper at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. She was most passionate about her family. First, her husband and boys, and later including her daughter-in-law, grandchildren and all of the family activities.
