Loretta Chandler

Loretta Chandler was born on Janurary 8, 1916, in Marshall to Homer and Mary (Smith) Chandler. She grew up and attended school in Marshall. Loretta was a housekeeper and caregiver to her mother, sister and family. She enjoyed reading and needlework. Loretta was a lifelong resident of Marshall, for the last few years at the Morningside Heights Care Center. Loretta died on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, at the Morningside Heights Care Center in Marshall. She is survived by her sister Bernice Fuhrmann (who died on Thursday, January 10) and brother John Chandler, numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and two sisters.
