Sending my most sincere condolences to you Carolyn and to your family and to Gordy's extended family. May you find comfort and support from family and friends during this difficult time. Our loved ones are never forgotten but will always be missed. My siblings and myself shared many happy times in 4-H competitions with Gordy and his siblings. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Gordon and I had many, many conversations dealing with end-of-life issues. He told me that "we all are going to die" it's just matter of time, But not once did I hear fear or hopelessness in his voice. He enjoyed attending both Bible study classes and weekly Mass to strengthen his faith. Thus, we can proclaim St. John the Divine about our sainted brother, Gordon, "Oh, how glorious is that Kingdom; wherein all the Saints do rejoice with Christ! They are clothed with white robes and follow the Lamb whithersoever He goes." With my prayerful Christian sympathy,

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May the promise found at Isaiah 25:8 bring some comfort to family and friends. "He will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces. God will remove sickness, old age and death from the human family. Jesus Christ taught us to pray for Gods Kingdom to come at Matthew 6:9,10. God's original purpose for the earth being a paradise will be realized. We will be with our dear loved ones once again. May Gods loving promises and your pleasant memories comfort you at this difficult time and in the days ahead.
