Visitation for Blia Moua, 74, of Tracy, will be Saturday, February 10, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sunday, February 11, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. and services on Monday, February 12, 2018, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the Life Remembrance Center Horvath Funeral Service 444 Craig Ave, Tracy MN. Interment will follow at the Tracy Cemetery.
Blia died on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at his residence in Tracy under the care of Avera Home Hospice.
