Bernice Edna (Wedger) Logue was born on September 30, 1927, in Springfield, MN, to William and Mary (Kronschnabel) Wedger. When she was two, she moved with her family to a farm south of Amiret. On June 25, 1956, she was united in marriage to Frances Logue. To this union were born sons James, Kevin and Douglas. The family farmed south of Marshall. After Francesâ death in 1982, Bernice moved to Marshall. She worked for a variety of retail stores including Walmart, JC Pennyâs and Ehlers. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening. Bernice was most passionate about time spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Bernice died on Friday, June 29, 2018, at Avera Morningside Heights Care Center in Marshall. She is survived by son Jim (and Cindy) Logue of Le Sueur, MN, son Doug of Marshall, grandchildren Tyler (and Carly) and Kali and Hannah. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Kevin and grandson Ryan. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to a charity of the donorâs choice.
